Information and consent on the processing of personal data

The Data Controller processes exclusively “personal data” pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 1, GDPR.

Data relating to professional activity or specific requests regarding wedding planning services.

Data is processed in full compliance with the GDPR and the Privacy Code, using manual and/or IT tools suitable for ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality.
Access to data is permitted only to authorized personnel.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is the User’s consent, which is necessary for the use of the services offered through the website and for the other purposes set out in this privacy policy.

5. Purpose of Processing
The User’s personal data will be processed exclusively for:

• Providing the requested services and fulfilling contractual obligations;

Withdrawal may make it impossible to fully provide the services.
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter d), GDPR.

7. Mandatory nature of data provision
The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and proper execution of the contractual relationship.
Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to provide the requested services.

8.Disclosure of data
The data may be disclosed to:

any employees and collaborators of the Data Controller;
professionals appointed for accounting, tax, or consulting purposes;
Public Administrations and competent Authorities;
IT and hosting service providers.
All designated parties will process data in compliance with applicable legislation.

9. Transfer of data abroad
The data will not be transferred to non-EU countries not subject to an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
Any necessary transfers will be carried out in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

10. Data retention period
The data will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the time necessary to protect the Data Controller’s rights (pursuant to Articles 2946 and following of the Italian Civil Code).
They may be further retained in the event of the exercise or defense of legal claims.

11. User Rights
The User may request at any time:

• access to personal data;
  rectification or updating;
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• limitation of processing;
  data portability;
• objection to processing.

12. No profiling
Laetizia Wedding Planner does not use automated decision-making processes or profiling activities.

13. Use of the Site and Policy Updates
By using the site’s services, the User acknowledges having read and accepted this Privacy Policy.
Laetizia Wedding Planner may update this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy at any time by publishing the most recent version on the site and, if applicable, informing the User via email or upon first accessing the site following the change.
The User is encouraged to consult the updated version regularly.
